Today, BackaBuddy, is seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, and compassionate Social Media Manager to join their friendly team based in Cape Town CBD. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing BackaBuddy's social media strategy, with the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the platform's reach and engagement. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for overseeing BackaBuddy's social media accounts and ensuring a consistent and compelling company image. You will craft original written and visual content, manage posts, engage with followers, and monitor key metrics to assess the success of your efforts. By staying up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, you will effectively convey BackaBuddy's perspectives and nurture a vibrant online community.


To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Social Media Manager, excellent copywriting skills, and the ability to deliver creative content. Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is essential, along with familiarity with web design and online marketing channels.
