About us.
Charity Careers Africa is a leading executive search firm, specialising in the African non-profits. Driven by an unwavering passion for our development sector, this commitment goes beyond just words.
Our leadership team has walked the walk with their extensive charity experience, making them true insiders of the sector. After all, who better to recruit for charities than those who have lived and breathed the impactful work of NPOs themselves? It's this unique perspective that sets us apart and makes us the go-to choice for finding exceptional talent that aligns with the values, cultures, and goals of our beloved non-profit organisations.
With over 30 years of experience in the development sector, our team of expert recruiters understands the unique challenges and opportunities these organisations face in Africa. We work holistically with our clients to understand their cultures, strategies, and objectives, and tailor our recruitment solutions to their specific needs. Our team is committed to building long-term relationships with our clients and helping them build strong, diverse, and effective teams that drive impact and sustainability.
Our executive search services are designed to help organisations find exceptional leaders who can drive change, innovation, and growth. We have a deep network of connections across Africa's social sector, and we leverage our extensive experience and knowledge to identify and attract top talent. Our executive search process is rigorous, inclusive, and values-driven, and we work closely with our clients to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process.
At Charity Careers Africa, promoting values-based recruitment and ethical hiring practices is our top priority.
