Today, BackaBuddy, seeks an enthusiastic, confident, and compassionate Customer Success Specialist to join their friendly team based in Cape Town CBD. As BackaBuddy prepares for the launch of their new site and the expansion of their marketplace and online community, they are looking for someone who can provide patient and empathetic support to campaign creators and engage directly with the public.



In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding BackaBuddy clients through the essential steps of campaign creation, document submission, and payout and donation queries. You will take ownership of customer support, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients through clear and helpful guidance across various communication channels.
