The Opportunity
The school invites exceptional candidates to apply for the role of Executive PA to the Headmaster – a critical position at the heart of the school’s leadership. Reporting directly to the Headmaster, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Headmaster’s Office through high-level administrative, confidential, and strategic support. As the Headmaster’s right hand, you will tackle complex scheduling, expense management and project coordination. This role requires discretion, high emotional intelligence and an organised mind that can keep track of multiple tasks and metrics, especially when under pressure.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skillsets:
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars, ensuring proactive communication, timely and accurate scheduling.
• Highly proficient in coordinating travel logistics with precision and foresight.
• Demonstrated experience in budget tracking and expense management.
• Highly skilled at drafting and editing executive-level documents (agendas, minutes, correspondence, reports, presentations).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality, build positive relationships, and foster a supportive work environment.
• Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive information and providing professional secretarial support.
• Ability to assist in managing and coordinating special projects and strategic initiatives with various stakeholders.
• Skilled in gathering and analysing information, preparing reports, and tracking progress.
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Skilled in anticipating challenges and developing proactive solutions.
Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, administrative management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
