Today, BackaBuddy, is seeking a Verification Officer who will play a vital role in ensuring the authenticity and safe delivery of funds to beneficiaries. In this position, you will provide high-quality email and occasional phone support to customers and stakeholders, proactively vet fundraisers, and manage banking details for payouts. By becoming an expert in resolving complex issues and identifying trends, you will contribute to creating a secure and trustworthy fundraising environment.
To excel in this role, you should be a problem solver with a proactive mindset, capable of thinking critically and adapting to a fast-paced work environment. Your ability to build rapport, engage with industry leaders, and align with the company's vision will contribute to strengthening BackaBuddy's public perception.
