Established in 2018, The Physicians Association for Nutrition (PAN) are a global non-profit organisation and medical network providing doctors, health professionals, medical students, individuals, and communities around the world with scientific, evidence-based knowledge that may help prevent and even treat the most common diseases and illnesses in society as well promote planetary health.


The ideal candidate for this role has over 3 years of experience in administration, HR, and finance, along with strong digital skills, precise bookkeeping expertise, and proficiency in key administrative tasks.


Reporting to the Executive Director in South Africa, you will bring your well-rounded skill set, and ability to manage global employees, contracts, and payroll, combined with excellent communication and a collaborative yet independent work style.


The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillsets:


• Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping/ Business Administration/Certificate in Bookkeeping/Accounting.

• At least 3 yrs experience in Admin, HR, Finance roles, with Digital Skills

• Experience in HR Support, including managing employees, contracts, salaries and wages of staff. 

• Bookkeeping (Accounting and Finance) Experience: including transfers, setting up payments, reimbursements and liaising with external accountants.

• Excellent Digital Skills: Support team with mailbox management and setting up digital accounts.

• Proficiency in Administrative tasks such as documenting company policies, maintaining minutes, and making travel arrangements.

• A great team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive communicator, who works well independently.
