SAREBI are an innovative non-profit business incubator working in service of South African SMMEs in the renewable energies and CleanTech sectors, and they’re on the hunt for a results-oriented IT professional who can enable the digitisation of their growing client portfolio.

As part of their information team, you as Digital Product Owner will be responsible for the efficient maintenance and organisation of SAREBI’s Odoo, Syft and Google product integration portfolio. In this heavily client-facing role, you will be the guiding force behind the implementation of digital systems, development of communication strategies that sell the benefit of system migration and assisting SAREBI’s customers in addressing their concerns surrounding new digital technologies.

SAREBI is looking for a talented and entrepreneurial-minded individual who can:

• Prioritise customer experience and collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision for Google and Odoo integration,

• Conduct effective user research to identify customer needs,

• Drive entrepreneurial growth by facilitating and rolling-out training programmes and resources,

• Communicate product vision to all customers and stakeholders, and stay abreast of new product features and developments,

• Engage with the CEO to set objectives, as well as manage and achieve project goals, all aligned with operational needs.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillsets:

• B Com. Information Systems, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,

• 3+ years post-graduate experience in the implementation of IT/Software systems,

• Google Workspace sales accreditation, and strong knowledge of Google Workspace products,

• Exceptional communicator, and team-player,

• A mind built for organisation and multi-tasking,

• Strong experience with Odoo, Sales Force, Zoho or similar ERP software,

• The heart of an entrepreneur.
