SAREBI are an innovative non-profit business incubator working in service of South African SMMEs in the renewable energies and CleanTech sectors, and they’re on the hunt for a strong and client-focused marketing expert with experience in ERP or CRM systems.  Someone with technical expertise will drive brand awareness and aid in developing efficient monitoring & evaluation processes.

As part of their operational team, you as B2B Growth Coordinator will be responsible for sparking creativity in SAREBI’s marketing output, making effective utilisation of digital techniques, the implementation of M&E infrastructure and facilitating the planning of entrepreneurial skills-development workshops.

SAREBI is looking for a Connector of Opportunities, a talented and entrepreneurial-minded individual who can:

• Increase brand profile by driving SAREBI’s digital marketing assets,

• Seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams  

• Develop and implement robust Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks,

• Drive entrepreneurial growth by managing and organising SAREBI’s skills workshops,

• Engage with the CEO to set objectives and manage and achieve project goals, all aligned with operational needs.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillsets:

• B Com. Marketing, or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or related field,

• 3+ years of post-graduate experience in developing digital marketing campaigns,

• Strong, foundational knowledge of ERP and CRM systems like Odoo, Syft, Mailchimp, Bitrix, Google Suite, etc.  

• An organisational powerhouse, who can effectively manage their time,

• A mind built for data and analytics,

• Exceptional writing and verbal abilities,

• The heart of an entrepreneur.
